PATNA: Security of PM Narendra Modi (NaMo) would be on much higher scale during his daylong visit to Bihar on Saturday following intelligence report that five terrorists have sneaked into the Kashmir side to foment trouble in the country. Subsequent to this information, the Centre has issued nationwide alert while Bihar has been asked to be on maximum alert.
Sources said more members of the special protection group (SPG), assigned with the task of providing security to the Prime Minister, have arrived in the state capital to beef up security around NaMo.

Security personnel are leaving no stone unturned to thwart any move of terrorists to harm PM. NaMo had earlier witnessed series of blasts triggered by IM operatives on October 27, 2013 at Patna Gandhi Maidan where he was addressing a mammoth crowd as PM candidate.
Apart from securing the venues where he would be visiting and the route by which he would travel in the state capital from Veterinary College ground to S K Memorial Hall, the government has deployed more security forces at Beur Central Jail on the direction of SPG because of the fact that as many as eight IM operatives including Haider Ali, Imtiaz Ansari who were involved at the Gandhi Maidan blasts are lodged in the jail.
Sources further said the terrorists have also sneaked into Kashmir to create troubles in different parts of the country if the mastermind of Mumbai blast Yakub Memon is hanged. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on his mercy plea on Monday.
